By purchasing from ThePrincessLifestyle Extensions you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Payment is due when your order is placed. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order your credit card will be charged. No returns under any circumstance. An exchange may be issued on a case by case basis that is determined solely by TPL Beauty. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. Note that applying heat, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees. It is Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the lace from the frontal portion of the wig and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. If there is a defect in the product please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.

No returns or exchanges on discounted or SALE items.

Order cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase. No cancellations or refunds will be administered after the aforementioned time frame.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

SHIPPING:

Orders currently require 3-12 business days of processing PRIOR to shipping (excluding holidays and weekends). This includes time needed to prepare and process the order to be shipped. Check back frequently due to the processing times varying depending on the time of year.  Custom orders, such as wigs and special lengths, typically take longer to process as follows:

    Custom lace wigs: 10-14 business days
    Standard wigs:  7 business days

All standard orders are most always shipped using UPS 1-3 Day Priority Shipping.  Tracking numbers are automatically emailed. Saturday delivery is offered upon request for an additional fee depending on availability in your area. Your order will be shipped to the address on your order. It's important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays, weather or the COVID-19 pandemic.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
